    To ensure quality Printing, make sure your page is setup to print in "Landscape" format.  To check this option, go to the top of your browser and hit: File --> Page Setup.    
       
 
  In order to simulate real market performance, these results include a $9 round turn commission rate and $3 per round turn to approximate the cost of the subscription agreement.
